RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY/ Terms & Conditions:
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for your shopping convenience. However, we strongly suggest taking advantage of our sizing information. Keep in mind, our active and athletic wear generally fits “true to size.” In order to keep our prices competitive, we have the following guidelines:
ALL items must be in their original condition, not worn, torn, stained, or damaged in any way. All tags must be attached to the garments.
We will only accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of product purchase for a full refund. (If it was ordered online, the return must be postmarked within 15 days of product delivery.) Anything up to 30 days will be eligible for store credit only. No return, exchanges, or store credit will be issued after 30 days.
CHANGE OF MIND/WRONG SIZE
Please choose carefully – once your order is placed we are unable to modify/cancel the order
Under our Change of Mind policy, all items purchased on sale can only be exchanged or returned for a store credit .
FAULTY ITEM/INCORRECT ITEM
Please contact us immediately via support@Totalfitu.com / Support HTML and include a photo of the fault or incorrect item.
Our customer care team will contact you and we will either replace, refund, exchange or credit depending on the circumstances
Please do not return any incorrect or damaged goods before getting in touch with our customer care team through our contact page.
All refunds are issued in the original form of payment. We process these within 5 days of receipt, however, your credit card company may take up to 2 weeks to show the credit on your statement.
If there is a quality issue with the active wear, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are NOT responsible for lost packages being returned to us. We are not responsible for packages dropped off and not signed for. Please be sure to give us a secured address at the time of purchase.
